Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our machines, ordering process, and after-sales support.

Products & Technology

Our patented single-screw no-heat extrusion technology uses the friction between the plastic material and the screw to generate the heat needed for melting — without external barrel heaters. This preserves the plastic's original molecular structure, resulting in higher-quality pellets with lower energy consumption (~280 kW·h/ton) compared to conventional machines.

Our machines handle 14+ material types including:

  • Polyolefin films: PE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, CPP, BOPP
  • Specialty films: TPU, EVA, Non-woven fabric
  • Engineering plastics: PVC, PET, PLA, ABS, PA (Nylon)

Contact us with your specific material — we can run material tests before purchase.

Depending on the model and material, our production line capacity ranges from 100 to 800 kg/hr. The compactor-densifier granulator (EP-CD) achieves the highest throughput of up to 800 kg/hr. Contact us to get a capacity recommendation based on your daily waste volume.

Air-cooled (EP-AC): Zero water usage, lower operating cost, ideal for dry, clean films (LDPE, PP films). Best for areas with limited water supply.

Water-cooled (EP-WC): Faster pellet cooling, supports higher throughput, better for materials that are slightly damp or have higher contamination levels. Requires water circulation system.

Ordering & Delivery

Standard models: 25–35 working days after deposit confirmation. Customized configurations may require 45–60 working days. We provide a firm delivery schedule in the sales contract.

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders or long-term partners, we can discuss T/T, L/C, or installment arrangements. All prices are quoted in USD.

Yes — we export to 10+ countries including USA, Japan, Russia, and throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Machines are shipped via sea freight in standard 20'/40' containers. We provide FOB Xiamen/Quanzhou terms. Shipping costs are estimated during quotation.

Installation & Operation

Yes. Every machine comes with detailed installation manuals and video guides. For larger systems, we can dispatch engineers to your site for commissioning (travel costs apply). Remote support via video call is available at no extra charge.

Standard configuration: 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase. Custom voltage options (220V, 440V, 60Hz) are available — please specify your local power requirements when ordering.

Most operators can run the machine independently after 2–3 days of hands-on training. We provide video training materials, a full operation manual, and ongoing support via WhatsApp/email.

After-Sales & Warranty

All PANDA Machinery machines come with a 12-month warranty on parts and components (excluding wear parts such as screws, barrels, and filters). Extended warranty and maintenance contracts are available.

Spare parts are available for all models. Most common wear parts (screws, screen packs, cutting blades) are in stock and ship within 3–5 business days. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your machine model and part number.
