The cutter-compactor shreds and densifies loose films, bags, and packaging waste that are difficult to feed into standard extruders.
Converts low-density film waste (50–100 kg/m³) into dense hot biscuit (400–500 kg/m³) for efficient extruder feeding.
Continuous compaction and feeding ensures stable extruder operation with no interruptions or bridging issues.
Reduces manual pre-processing. No need for separate shredding, agglomerating, or baling — feed directly into the compactor.
The compactor-densifier granulator consists of 5 main components
Rotary blade compactor with friction heating. Shreds and densifies film waste into hot, dense biscuits continuously.
Single-screw extruder directly fed by the compactor. Receives pre-heated, densified material for efficient processing.
Integrated PLC system with compactor speed control, extruder temperature management, and production monitoring.
Water-ring cooling with centrifugal drier for rapid pellet solidification and surface moisture removal.
Built-in dust and label removal system keeps the production area clean and improves pellet quality.
