The water-cooled granulator consists of 4 main components
Single-screw extruder with self-friction heating and built-in degassing zone for superior output quality.
PLC intelligent control with touch screen interface. Real-time monitoring of temperature, speed, and output.
Closed-loop water cooling tank for rapid pellet solidification. Temperature-controlled for consistent results.
High-speed centrifugal drier removes surface moisture from pellets efficiently before bagging.
