1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices on this website are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that product information is error-free.

• Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary.
• Prices quoted are EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by PANDA Machinery. Payment terms:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
• L/C (Letter of Credit) is acceptable for qualified buyers.
• All payments must be made in USD or CNY unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are as agreed in the proforma invoice. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty

PANDA Machinery provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance, or modification
• Consumable parts (blades, screens, seals)
• Damage during transportation (claim with carrier)

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the industrial nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:

• Products delivered with confirmed manufacturing defects
• Products that do not conform to the agreed specifications

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of PANDA Machinery and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANDA Machinery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court of Nan'an City, Fujian Province, China.

10. Force Majeure

PANDA Machinery is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
