Polyethylene General Purpose
Recycle mixed PE waste, general-purpose polyethylene packaging, and industrial PE scrap into high-quality reusable pellets. Suitable for a wide range of PE-based flexible and rigid waste streams.
Low-Density Polyethylene Film
Recycle stretch film, agricultural film, greenhouse film, grocery bags, and shrink wrap. LDPE's low melting point makes it ideal for single-screw air-cooled and water-cooled granulation.
High-Density Polyethylene Rigid & Film
Process HDPE blown film trim, bottles, containers, and rigid HDPE scrap. Higher melt strength requires robust extrusion — twin-screw or compactor-densifier systems deliver consistent output.
Polypropylene General Purpose
Recycle PP label waste, tape waste, injection molding scrap, and general PP packaging. Cutter-compactor technology efficiently densifies low-bulk PP materials before extrusion.
Cast Polypropylene Film
Process CPP cast film waste and laminated CPP/PE packaging. Cast film's uniform thickness allows for efficient feeding and consistent pellet quality with water-cooled systems.
Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film
Recycle BOPP tobacco film, snack packaging, and label film. BOPP's oriented structure requires higher processing temperatures — our two-stage extrusion system handles it efficiently.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
Recycle TPU film scrap, shoe sole trimmings, and phone case waste. Gentle processing at controlled temperatures preserves TPU's elasticity and transparency.
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam & Film
Recycle EVA foam waste, solar panel encapsulant film, and hot-melt adhesive scrap. Low processing temperatures prevent foaming agent degradation while producing clean pellets.
Bicomponent & Spunbond Non-Woven
Process bicomponent (PE/PP) and spunbond non-woven waste from hygiene product manufacturing, geotextile production, and automotive interiors.
Rigid & Flexible PVC
Recycle rigid PVC pipe/profile scrap and flexible PVC film/wire casing. Temperature-controlled processing prevents degradation while maintaining material properties.
Polyethylene Terephthalate
Process PET bottle flakes, PET sheet scrap, and PET strap waste. Specialized screw design and vacuum degassing prevent hydrolysis and preserve intrinsic viscosity for high-value recycling.
Polylactic Acid Biodegradable Resin
Recycle PLA cups, containers, 3D printing waste, and biodegradable film. Low processing temperatures prevent thermal degradation of this sensitive biodegradable polymer.
Polyhydroxyalkanoate Biodegradable Resin
Recycle PHA packaging film, cutlery, agricultural mulch, and biodegradable molding scrap. A narrow thermal window requires gentle low-temperature processing to prevent degradation of this bio-based polymer.
Polyamide / Nylon Engineering Plastic
Recycle PA6, PA66, and other nylon engineering plastics from automotive parts, electronic connectors, fishing nets, and carpet fiber waste. Moisture control and vacuum degassing are key to maintaining PA's mechanical properties during reprocessing.
